Cancellation Policy

·     We are a small business that runs by appointments only. In doing this we can juggle family life and other employment so as we can offer you the best time convenient to you.

·     Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment or not showing up at all will incur a $50 fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Refund Policy

·     Refunds are only applicable on faulty products. Pre-paid treatments are non-transferrable and non-refundable

·     Treatment results vary between individuals. We are not responsible for how your body responds to a product when the recommended therapeutic dose is administered, and the product is functional.

  • What is the best age to start anti-wrinkle injections?

    This varies from person to person as every individual skin concern and condition is different. On average the best age to start and continue treatments as a preventative is around age 23. If you start in your 20s to early 30s you will see the best results in the long run.

  • How long will the effects of my wrinkle reduction treatment last?

    Wrinkle reduction treaments last anywhere between 12-16 weeks (generally). This will also depend on your lifestyle, diet and other external factors. 


    We also use 2 different products, one shows results that last slightly longer than the other. To find out which product is best for you, give Kelly a call.

  • Will I get a headache post wrinkle reduction treatment?

    Not everyone gets a headache, however it is normal to have a mild headache post wrinkle reduction injection treatment. 


    If you do experience a headache in the days following injections, it is safe to take paracetamol as directed by instructions or your health care professional.

  • What are adverse reactions of the injections?

    It is not common for clients to experience adverse reactions from wrinkle reduction injections, however they can happen.


    These might include some of the following:

    • Drooping of the eyelid, eyebrow or lower face
    • Prolonged redness swelling and/or heat to the injection sites
    • Prolonged itchy or burning sensation to the treatment area
    • Extensive bruising or swelling
    • Blurred or altered vision

    If you experience any of the above, call our clinic and speak to Kelly. 

  • Does it hurt getting wrinkle reduction treatments?

    Everyone has a different pain threshold and everyone will feel it more in more sensitive areas of the face or skin. 


    If you are worried about the pain, we do provide a numbing ointment that can be applied to the skin prior to the wrinkle reduction injections to minimise the pain you may feel.
