Cancellation Policy

·     We are a small business that runs by appointments only. In doing this we can juggle family life and other employment so as we can offer you the best time convenient to you.

·     Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment or not showing up at all will incur a $50 fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Refund Policy

·     Refunds are only applicable on faulty products. Pre-paid treatments are non-transferrable and non-refundable

·     Treatment results vary between individuals. We are not responsible for how your body responds to a product when the recommended therapeutic dose is administered, and the product is functional.

  • What is the cost of wrinkle reduction treatments?

    Every client is different meaning there are different needs and amounts of product used from person to person. Therefore, it is hard to say exactly how much your wrinkle reducing appointment will cost. 


    If you have a result and a budget in mind, our nurse can explain the process and do her best to get the desired result within your budget.

  • How long will the effects of my treatment last?

    The treaments last anywhere between 12-16 weeks (generally). This will also depend on your lifestyle, diet and other external factors. 


    If you are happy with your results, we recommend sticking with the same treatment. Otherwise, if you are on a budget, you can do a lighter dose to maintain the smooth skin until the following appointment.


    We also use 2 different products, one shows results that last slightly longer than the other. To find out which product is best for you, give Kelly a call.

  • How much will it cost me to maintain my wrinkle reduction appointments?

    This really depends on the number of areas or units you need to maintain the look you are after. 


    We suggest that you keep up with regular appointments every 3-4 months. Everyone is different. 


    When you book a consulatation with our Nurse, she will run through some options and pricing with you.

  • How many Mesotherapy treatments will I need?

    To get the best results, we recommend to have 3 initial appoinemts that are 3 weeks apart each, and then a maintenance appointment every 6 months. This will ensure the best and maximum resutls.

  • What can I expect post treatment?

    • Stinging, tingling skin sometimes itching – normally subsides after 1 hour post treatment.

    • Skin redness should subside 1-2 hours post treatment.

    • Pin-point bleeding – this is normal during treatment, therefore you may see some injection points. 

    • Bruising in some areas is expected.

    • Swelling

    • Lumps or bumps – these may take up to 3 days to subside.


  • What is the basic after care when I have a treatment?

    • Avoid physical activity until the following day.

    • Avoid touching your face for 12 hours post treatment. If this is unavoidable ensure hands are thoroughly cleaned prior.

    • Avoid heat treatments such as hot bath or shower, sauna or steam room for 24 hours.

    • Avoid exfoliating products including retinol or glycolic acid for 3 days pre and post treatment.

    • Apply a physical SPF daily

    • Avoid alcohol and smoking for 24 hours prior and after treatment.

    • Avoid sleeping on the treated area.

    • Avoid oil-based cosmetics for 24 hours.

    • Apply a cold compress occasionally if desired for the first 24 hours.

    • Any additional treatments to be arranged after 2 weeks.
